Meet the Team
 Doug & Mandy King Realtors, ABR, CDPE, CLHMS, CRS have partnered with a Team of Realtors and call themselves "The King Team". Each member brings their individual experience and expertise to The Team. Doug & Mandy each have extensive real estate experience, and combined with Mandys interior design background, create the perfect sales combination. Led by Doug & Mandy, The Team has developed their own niche in the real estate industry. The whole Team specializes in relocation, buyer and seller representation, and has more than 40 years of combined Real Estate Experience! Doug & Mandy have won numerous awards. The Team was named #1 Team in the State and 4th in the nation for one of the largest national real estate franchises. They most recently were awarded Prudential's Platinum Chairman's Circle Award for top sales in 2008 and Prudential's Gold Chairman's Circle Award for 2009 and Prudential's Gold Chairman's Circle Award for 2009, 2010, 2011 and Prudential's President's Circle Award for 2012. Doug holds the CDPE designation and Doug and Mandy both hold the CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist) and the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) along with a stream of TOP awards for outstanding service and production. Their clients continue as friends, long after the close of escrow!
 Ken Kiefer. Ken Kiefer joined The King Team in October of 2010. Ken has extensive hands-on experience in real estate and real estate finance as a buyer, seller, mortgage broker and licensed Real Estate Broker.Ã Ken first became involved in Real Estate in the 1980's structuring financing as an associate of a real estate development company. This lead to organizing and managing a fund to finance specialized construction projects and brokering real estate loans. Presently Ken is working with clients, banks and real estate asset managers in the purchase and sale of real estate, working through the difficult issues that are prevalent in the current market. Ken brings a unique background and skill set to The King Team with his knowledge of real estate any many years of serving clients.
 Kelley Molder. Kelley joined The King Team in July 2010. Kelley graduated from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism with an honors degree in Public Relations. She has worked for various local advertising and PR agencies then moved in-house as the PR Director for a multi-media marketing studio in downtown Phoenix. She later became the Director of Business Development where she acted as the company liaison to many clients within the medical, legal and real estate industries. She later left to pursue her passions and started two businesses of her own; a small creative design company and a vacation rental management company. Kelley is excited to expand her knowledge of real estate as an Agent and the newest member of The King Team.
 Diana Pickering-Schmitt, GRI. Transaction Coordinator/Realtor. Diana has been a licensed Realtor since 1996. She joined The King Team in February 2009. She brings over 12 years of sales experience to the team. Combined with over 15 years of admin experience, Diana handles all the office coordination from transactions to customer service. She currently holds a GRI designation. Her attention to detail, follow up and follow through will always make for a successful and harmonious real estate experience.
